The HBC Library welcomes gifts of new and gently used books and media. These gifted items will be added to the collection in accordance with our selection policy. Items which cannot be used will be given to other ministries or sold to provide funds for items on our wish list. No provisional gifts will be accepted, i.e. the library does not accept any items which are not an outright gift. The library will, upon request, provide a HBC Non-Cash Contribution Receipt. This receipt will be signed by the library director, but all lists/details of donated items must be completed by the donor. The library is unable to set fair market or appraisal values.
The library does welcome monetary donations - in the form of memorials, or in honor of births, anniversaries, retirements, etc. Please give donations to a library staff member or designate your gift to the "Library" in your church envelope.
