• The second biggest killer of children worldwide is water-related disease; around 5,000 children die every day because of water-related disease. (UNDP)
• Diarrheal diseases can be reduced by over 40% by washing hands with soap and clean water. (UNICEF)

These statistics are unfathomable when we think about the fact that clean water is so readily available to us.

This year we are teaming up with Living Water International to bring clean water, hygiene classes, and the Gospel to a community in Honduras. We will collect funds to cover the cost of the well ($5,000), and then we will send a team to drill the well over spring break.

• Pray - Pray for the community in Honduras where we will send a team to dig a well.
• Give - Give money toward the well. $5,000 is needed for one well.
• Go - Apply to go to Honduras with the college ministry Spring Break 2012.
